💼 Job Overview for Remote Behavioral Health Coach
Brightline, a leader in pediatric and family mental healthcare, is expanding its care model in 2025. As a Behavioral Health Coach, you’ll work part-time (2 PM – 8 PM PST) providing virtual support that empowers families to overcome emotional and behavioral challenges.
Pay Range: $25/hr – $31/hr
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. based)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 8 PM PST
🔑 Key Responsibilities for Remote Behavioral Health Coach
- 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions: Deliver exceptional virtual care via video and asynchronous chat using Brightline’s cutting-edge tools and programs.
- Care Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between families and their therapy or psychiatry providers.
- Content Navigation: Guide members through the app’s resources and help them transition into 1-on-1 services when appropriate.
- Group Facilitation: Design and lead workshops and group classes, contributing to new content that supports family wellness.
✅ Qualifications for Remote Behavioral Health Coach
Required Education & Experience:
Option 1:
- Master’s degree (or within 12 months of completion) in psychology or a related field
- 1+ year in a behavioral health setting
- 1+ year working (formally or informally) with children, youth, or families
Option 2:
- Bachelor’s degree + NBC-HWC, ICF, or NCHEC certification
- Relevant behavioral health service experience
- 1+ year experience with children, youth, or families
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CBT, motivational interviewing, and SMART goal-setting
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- Comfort with digital tools and remote care platforms
- Enthusiasm for working with parents and caregivers
- Prior experience in digital coaching (a plus)
