We are seeking a motivated and analytical Equity Research Associate to support our Senior Research Analyst within the technology sector. This hybrid position is based at our Arlington, VA headquarters (3 days in-office per week) and offers a dynamic opportunity to help shape investment decisions for one of the most impactful sectors of our time.

🧩 Key Responsibilities for Equity Research Associate
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative investment research in the technology sector
- Build, maintain, and enhance detailed financial models
- Draft investment cases, earnings notes, and deep-dive industry research
- Utilize frameworks like Porter’s Five Forces for industry analysis
- Present research findings to the Portfolio Management team
- Collaborate closely with analysts and team members across the investment lifecycle
- Contribute to new idea generation and investment monitoring

✅ Required Qualifications for Equity Research Associate
- 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, finance, or related roles
