We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to support our People & Culture team. This is a hybrid role based in Brooklyn, NY – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in candidate experience, scheduling, and recruiting operations. You’ll ensure a seamless hiring journey, support our growing recruitment team, and help us bring in the best talent across the creative and tech space.
📋 Key Responsibilities of Temporary Recruiting Coordinator
- Schedule interviews across departments, ensuring momentum and clarity for candidates
- Manage onsite and virtual logistics to deliver a world-class candidate experience
- Coordinate communication between candidates and interviewers
- Own job postings and requisition setups in our system
- Support scalable recruiting operations and document new processes
