About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Strategy and Operations Associate to join our dynamic Sales Operations team. In this high-impact role, you’ll work directly with senior sales leaders to shape LinkedIn’s go-to-market strategy, optimize revenue operations, and influence critical business decisions through data and insights.
This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work from both home and our New York office, based on team and business needs.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning processes, including customer segmentation, forecasting, and quota setting
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Compensation, etc.) to implement GTM strategies
- Analyze business performance data and provide actionable insights to senior sales leaders
- Manage core sales operations tasks like territory planning, audits, and dashboard/report creation
- Drive continuous improvements in sales efficiency and execution
- Represent Sales Ops in high-level cross-functional discussions
✅ Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, finance, consulting, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or analytics
- Experience with SQL and data modeling
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills
- Ability to solve complex problems and drive change through collaboration
