About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Strategy and Operations Associate to join our dynamic Sales Operations team. In this high-impact role, you’ll work directly with senior sales leaders to shape LinkedIn’s go-to-market strategy, optimize revenue operations, and influence critical business decisions through data and insights.

This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work from both home and our New York office, based on team and business needs.


🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning processes, including customer segmentation, forecasting, and quota setting
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Compensation, etc.) to implement GTM strategies
  • Analyze business performance data and provide actionable insights to senior sales leaders
  • Manage core sales operations tasks like territory planning, audits, and dashboard/report creation
  • Drive continuous improvements in sales efficiency and execution
  • Represent Sales Ops in high-level cross-functional discussions

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technical, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, finance, consulting, or related field
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or analytics
  • Experience with SQL and data modeling
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems and drive change through collaboration
