π― Role Overview
As a Marketing Coordinator San Francisco, you will support the execution of campaigns and communication strategies across advertising, digital media, events, and partnerships. Youβll collaborate closely with the Marketing Group, various museum departments, external vendors, and community partners under the direction of the Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing.
π§ Key Responsibilities for Marketing Coordinator San Francisco
Campaign Support:
- Manage advertising assets and maintain project tracking systems and campaign schedules
- Handle budget tracking, invoice processing, and monthly reconciliations
- Archive advertising presentations, research documents, and creative assets
Event & Partnership Coordination:
- Assist in executing on-site events including exhibition previews and press events
- Coordinate promotional and tourism partnership activities, including audits and incentive programs
- Accompany media during on-site filming and manage collateral distribution
Marketing Group Contributions:
- Support social media strategy through copywriting, scheduling, and engagement
- Contribute to email marketing design, development, and deployment
- Assist in managing Exploratoriumβs digital signage and communications
- Oversee and guide marketing interns and volunteers
