- Apply human-centered design and storytelling principles across all communication channels
- Create and manage newsletters, web content, campaign materials, and more
- Support innovation-related initiatives with impactful communication strategies
â Required Qualifications for Communications Specialist
- Option 1: High school diploma/GED + 5 years experience in Communications or a related field
- Option 2: Bachelorâs degree in Communications or a related discipline + 2 years of relevant professional experience

- Excellent writing, editing, and design skills
- Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Teams, MURAL
